These short terms govern access to the B2A Blue Pillow agents API
(api.b2a.bluepillow.com) and MCP server, and to the human-facing
site at b2a.bluepillow.com. The full
Blue Pillow Platforms terms remain authoritative; the points below cover what
is specific to anonymous, agent-driven access.
Anonymous access
- The API is offered free of charge under fair-use limits (currently 60 requests/minute and 5000 requests/day per anonymous key). Limits may change without notice.
- Anonymous keys are not personal accounts. They are bearer tokens — anyone holding a key can use it. Treat them as you would any other secret.
- We may revoke keys that abuse the service (scraping at scale, denial-of-service patterns, terms violations).
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to (i) violate any law or third-party right; (ii) overwhelm the system or interfere with other callers; (iii) attempt to reverse-engineer rate limits or security measures; (iv) misrepresent the source of data returned by the API to end-users.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty. Blue Pillow does not guarantee availability of any specific OTA or operator, the accuracy of upstream prices, or the freshness of availability windows. Always verify a booking with the operator before committing on behalf of a user.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Pillow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Direct liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months — for anonymous access this amount is zero.
